Phone Calls

We have started using a new automated telephone answering system which will direct you to the most appropriate person in our practice to answer any questions you may have, thus shortening the time you spend on the telephone. If you are having an emergency, please hang up and dial “911”. Calls to medical assistants before 4:00 PM are routinely returned the same day but because of work flow needs please allow us up to 24 hours on weekdays to call you back.

If you already know the extension of the party you need please dial that number to shorten your hold time on the phone.

If your problem is urgent please mention this to the staff member you have called for your appointment.
