We will not refill medications unless you are an established patient and have been seen within the last 12 months. For routine prescription refills, please call your pharmacy first at least 3 days before you will run out, and have them fax your provider a refill request. Your pharmacy will contact us and arrange a refill for you unless medical circumstances dictate otherwise.
