Calls made to the office will be received by the front office staff, dated and time stamped, then given to the medical assistant. Medical assistants work efficiently to return calls around lunch-time and again at 4:30pm before leaving for the day. If you need an appointment, the front office staff will schedule it for you or click here and we will contact you within 24 hours. If your problem is urgent and no regular appointments are available that day, your call will be given to the medical assistant. Be sure to leave a number where you can be reached.
